This course is practical and fieldwork for students at a certain stage of study. This course concentrates on visiting different courts, prisons, the legislative council, organizations dealing with law such as the bar association, and NGOs dealing with human rights. This course also aims at typing the theoretical study with its operation and practical side. The course will offer students with all relevant practical information from the inception of a criminal or civil action until a final judgment is rendered. Practical application of procedures in a case shall be illustrated along with all needed forms for claims, please and applications.
